what would permanently bleach or discolor your upper lip hair?
i have some little hairs, not a big moustache that i want them to be lighter... but i dont want to wax or use nair or anything like that. help please =]

facial bleach works great, but it's not permanant and you do have to redo it as they get darker.

Sometimes, bleach doesn't work and the only way is to wax or pluck it. Bleach may burn your skin and leave a rash or scab over. I don't know what to tell you except that if you wax, you get used to it after 2 or 3 times. And it doesn't really hurt that bad even the first time. And plus, bleach doesn't permanently discolor the hair. It eventually grows longer and turns color again. Kind of like highlights in your hair. So if that doesn't help I'm sorry but maybe you should give waxing a chance! You will probably see better results.
