You could either back comb it lightly, or set it on a small heated roller to get the same effect.

Well bare in mind for a simple style like this Hilary probably had her stylist to do this for her! Sounds silly doesn't it but it's probably true! Why not create your own similar style, you will be surprised at the amount of comments you still get!

Straighten your hair first of all using good straighteners like ghd.
Brush it back at the top and maybe back comb a tiny bit then fix in a pony tail. Use a little light hold hair spray.
Leave out 2 bits at the sides like hers and use your straighteners to curl them in slightly to match the photo.
With the fringe use the straighteners to flick bits out very slightly like hers.

hey love! to get the lift in ur fringe you need to blow dry it with a metal cilinder brush which heats as the dryer touches it. the picture just looks as if she has put her hair in a pony tail and left some peices of hair by her ears. also if u wanted to get the boofont look she has, try backcombing underneath leavin the top layer of hair to cover it. hope that helps?? love Georgia xx

be orginal who says u hav to be lik hilary. create your own style n be orginal. u'll find that people will give u loads of gd comments if u r orginal y copy when u hav your own style. lol
also hilary wouldn't hav done her hair herself she would hav got her stylist to do it 4 her. hope this helps
