I dont have any websites but I dont suggest you use a rubberband it will break your hair off and cause it to be a even bigger mess. What I do suggest is get some styling gel and when your hair is wet apply the gel and scrunch your hair this will make it where it wont frizz and bush out. Just something for you to try and see if it works for you.
