Down, straight and layerd around your face to give the illusion of a long face hence making the cheeks appear smaller. If you put your hair up your just gonna make them appear more prominant (meaning on show) which is not what you want. Maybe have a side part if you want to put yor hair up just to balance your face out and take the focus away from your cheeks.

And when you apply blush on your ceeks (if you do that is) then do it in and upward position towards your temple to make your cheeks long and not round, if you apply it in a circle then your just making them more rounder, No what I mean??.

Whether you have a big butt or not, it makes no difference on how you wear your hair. Most guys prefer a woman with long hair who wears it down.

i have kinda round cheeks, my face looks really fat with my hair down straight, wavey or curly is not so bad because it is off my face and shows that my face is not actaully really fat,

Up sometimes makes faces look thinner. Yet again, down does too. Take your own opinion...that's the one that is most important. If not, ask a family member or a friend.

You can't wear you're hair up or down everyday. If your hair is pulled back it will give your neck a longer appearance, not necessarily your face. For a longer looking face, (less round) long straight hair, no cutesy layers around the face. Have confidence in yourself, we all have flaws, don't worry so much about hiding them, nobody ever notices them anyway!

It's probably not "Big cheeks" It's most likley that you have a heart shaped face with high cheek bones. This is good. You are SO lucky! Wear your hair up. This will accentuate how high ur cheekbones are. plus if you look like your trying to hide your cheeks, they will just become more noticeable in a bad way.
