HUGe hair problem. Help?

Okay I need some serious help. I messed up my hair big time and ughh I feel so stupid for messing with it. It all started when I felt bored with my brown hair so I bought Revlon Colorist in a light brown/ golden color to lighten it up. I thought it would look like it had pictured it would look for brown hair but it turned out TOTALLY LIGHT ORANGE. Ughhh. WEll The next day my mother wouldnt allow me to go to the salon so I colored my hair again in my natural shade brown. I really actually liked the result. It was a light brown and golden auburn in the sun. My hair isnt all that damaged too. Its pretty soft becuase ive never even died it before. Well Now three weeks later my natural roots are showing!!!

Its about a half and inch only but its sortof noticible and i hate it! Its noticble pretty much. Imagine light brown with dark brown roots!! Wjhat do you guys think I do? I have a big trip on Tuesday that will last for the entire week.

You what's not only real sexy but might help you even out your hair color with your roots?A deep intense coffee brown! It is beautiful and makes your hair real shiny.Iv'e noticed that no matter what color I dye my hair in [I have brown hair too],I can always come back to a pretty and sexy dark chocolate brown color and not only does it look natural but they usually give alot of intense low lights and shine to your hair.

HUGe hair problem. Help?

When I can't get to a dye box before an important event, I use my face powder to lighten the roots of my hair. It works, seriously!

HUGe hair problem. Help?

Do a root touchup in a colour thats as close as you can get and keep it in for a little bit longer also go and buy a colourlock shampoo it will help keep that great colour for longer
